I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I believe the majority of y'all know me already.

But for those that do not, I am a die-hard APBT lover and fancier who has "cheated" on her breed with a Fila (thanks to Renee ). I've fallen for those wonderful and beautiful dogs and hope to be blessed by owning another in my future.

I also owned a Dogo Argentino until this year when he sadly, and suddenly, passed away. We miss him, and although I'm not sure if I'll own any more (due to lack of knowing any wonderful owner/breeders firsthand), he definitely opened by eyes to a whole new world and was an amazing and wonderful creature.

And I also have 2 2-legged kids as well. One just turned a year old yesterday and another will be 3 on June 15th.

Did you see the account of the long distance rescue we did getting a 15 month old bitch to her new home -- from northern Virginia to Texas?

I had her for a week along the way until we found her a ride the rest of the way home. It was, umm . . . interesting on the ride to my house with her and for the first couple of days.

I remember, Renee. I wanted to try and help, but there was no way for me to make any kind of drive with 2 kids. And I couldn't find anyone to watch them for a day.

But I do want to hear how it all went. (And what Kharma thought of the visitor...lol)

I didn't do any introductions with Cleo. I didn't want to risk an unpleasant first encounter before she got home to Brutus. They each knew the other was on the opposite side of a door, but didn't even scratch at the door. Not even Tallulah did. That shocked me.
