What is the name of your mastiff/mastiffs? We just a new English Mastiff puppy yesterday, and are looking at names. I would love to hear what you named yours!

So far we have narrowed it down to

Bear
Nacho
Meatball
Diesel
Brutis
Nikko

I love Nikko because I like to confuse the hell out of my husband.
Our daughters names are Nicole Kailey Kara and Nikayla. :lolbangtable:

My year old boy is Lil' Abner (180# at a year). We just call him Abner

My female is Mable, and I have named some of her 11 puppies-
Elwood
Millard
Tank(not very original )
Eddie Munster ( he has the V on his forehead just like the kid in the tv show)
Atlas
Wretched

I think I am going to keep Atlas and Wretched. Which I find funny, because I tend to name my dogs old people names.

My pup is Junior.
Previous EM was Bud.
Previous BM was named Sadie from her prior owner who had to give her up at 6 months old. We decided she was too old to change it.

Of those, I like Bear. Our EM is Oscar, and our BM was Ebony although they both came with their names (shelter dogs) so we didn't have a lot of options ...

My boy is Raistlin. Wanted something different so hubby & I picked a favorite character from a fantasy series we both enjoyed. But now that we've had him for a while we've agreed his name should have been Molasses! He moves in his own sweet time!

I currently have two Corsos. It was important to me that they have 'Italian' names :) Sometimes I wish I had gotten over that so that I could have chosen names to fit their personalities.

Danté
Bella

Previous two Corsos:

Nino
Isabella

I like meatball- how fun! Diesel, too. I have a friend who's dog name is Niko, i like that, too. Our 5 mo old cane corso's name is Daisy. Not a very 'tough' name, i know. Lol. I love to give middle names to our pets, too, and her's is Jo (short for Josephine) . But honestly, when she was a tiny little thing, she was just so sweet and romped around like she belonged in a field of daisies. It fits her well. Plus, i think it will be kind of hilarious when shes huge to have such a dainty, pretty girl name. Good luck!

Our EM is named Appa, from the T.V. show "Avatar: The Last Airbender". In the show, "Appa" is a massive flying bison so it seemed appropriate!

Our dogs name is Sampson. When we first got him I wanted to call him Aslan(from Narnia) but my husband didn't agree with that. Funny because the dog was my gift lol. But none the less his name is Sampson and we love him! :)

I love Nacho for a name :)
Our dogs are Joe Boxer, self explanatory.
Aurora (the A litter was named by a 6 year old girl, her litter mates are Ariel, Apple, Achoo and Alishna) and she is indeed our princess and our youngest is Charybdis, she was from a C litter, the name comes from the story of Scylla and Charybdis from the Odyssey. It is fitting as she is definitely trouble ;)
I haven't named any of the 3 of my dogs, lmao...
