I just noticed this discharge from my female Corso. As anyone familiar with what this is? I’m on hold right now with a veterinarian, but I’m worried and don’t know what to do. Her stomach isn’t bloated and no signs of vomiting.

She definitely needs to be seen by a vet. As soon as you can get her in, especially if you think there's even a remote possibility of pyo. Please update after you see your vet.

Yes definatly a vet visit to be safe and sure.
As she been in season or coming into season
