Hi Everyone,

I would love to hear from people their experience of owning a Neapolitan Mastiff and a Dogue De Bordeaux. I know the breed standard by heart for both, and I have seen Turner and Hooch and read everything possible from google etc. etc. etc. But I just want to hear from owners themselves, what their day to day lives are like living with their Neo's and Dogues, and from anyone who has had both, what the temperament differences are between the two and how extreme their differences are.

I am currently in conflict with myself between going for a Dogue de Bordeaux versus a Neapolitan. I absolutely LOVE both breeds but I really want to carefully make sure I am picking the right fit for me and that I will be the right fit for the dog. While I have been around Giant breeds and English Mastiffs, I don't know anyone who owns either a Neo or a Dogue and I really want to know as much as possible

Thanks!
