Take that pup off puppy food if he's on it and feed 21 percent protein. He's already down on his back legs Trust me that's gonna be a big baby you wanna grow slow. 30 years with this breed Grow slow lol. Really nice

She's not on puppy food. She was around 10 weeks old in that photo. She's 17 weeks old now and not so down on back at the moment. Thanks I appreciate the advice

The bag is wrong. Don't even bother with puppy food. it is not suited for mastiff breeds.

Thanks Dan. How's Ronnie doing?

Hi Jeff
Ronnie's doing fine.
He's doing hydrotherapy on a treadmill in a glass tank.
Still limited to about 20 minutes exercise at a time as a precaution - fingers crossed!

Really impressed with the sheer mass of your new pup - is that typical for that breeder/bloodline?

Regards

Dan

I'm glad to hear the good news about Ronnie. I think the picture makes my pup look bigger than what she is. She is not overly big for her age. The breeder she comes from doesn't seem to have any real big sluggish dogs. So far she is turning out the way I want at this age, but things can change. Time will tell. Good luck with Ronnie. Keep me posted

Hi
Sorry for the delayed reply - I don't check the site very often.
Thanks for your good wishes about Ronnie.
Hopefully I'll be able to post good news about him if he continues the way he is going.
Keep the pics coming of your new beast!

Regards

Dan
