Hello all,

I am new to the group and new to the breed. My wife and I are finally in a place where we have the time, room, and money to have one of the babies in our home. I have been searching for about a year for the type of animal that meets our needs and wants. Currently we have come down to 3 finalists. Fortunately one is out now because of things we have found in her past. It is now down to 2, our hearts are really set on one breeder due to the conversations her and I have had. In doing due diligence I have searched her name and possible issues in any way I think I can. Luckily I have not found any bad reviews or issues she has floating around the net. So here it is, my last dig for issues with her, her facility, and dogs. Can anyone please tell me anything good, bad, or ugly about Teresa McMahan or Oasis Mastiff's that could help in our final decision.

Let me rephrase that, she is our final decision (I really like her) unless someone gives me a reason not to use her for our new family member. If you choose and do not want to say it her please PM me.

Thanks for everyone's help in advance.

Make sure she can provide FULL medical boards. Any excuses means (to most) you are dealing with a BYB. Better to forgo a puppy instead of paying $7 - 8,000 in surgery for a chronic condition.
