Odor/Skin and coat issues?

Hello all!
I’m new to this forum. I’m a current owner of a 3 year old male Neo Mastiff. We have had an ongoing issues. His skin, coat and he omits this awful odor that reminds me of Parmesan cheese. He also has these red bumps that look like pimples under his mouth and around the skin on his chin/neck area. We also have issue with him being an ass to the other dogs. Which were around before he was in the picture. When we got him as a 8 week old puppy he was allowed in the house and he was odor free and got along with the other dogs, but as he grew he didn’t want to stay a team player and he started getting this funk smell to him. I would say at about like 6 mths of age. We thought I was a territorial issue. So we neutered him. Didn’t change a thing! He would still continue to be unpredictable and attack out at the other dogs. At this point we decided he’s not allowed in the house anymore. Thinking that if he wasn’t able to claim areas or dog beds that he would be good. I still occasionally will look to start something but one of our dogs avoids him at all cost and the other one does the same but when there both challenged they will defend themselves. Another big reason he’s outside is his smell. He also sheds like crazy... we live in the country and have taken him to the vet numerous time as a matter of fact my daughter is the vet tech at the office we go to. They keep telling me he has allergies. We lost our home in a wild land fire which forces us to leave and buy in town. We thought this would allow him to avoid things that were causing his problems but we were wrong there just as bad. I have put him on rounds of Antibiotics, Apoquel, medicated shampoo. The oral meds seem to help a little but he still has the problems. I’m at my wits end with this... he has irritated areas: around his face, in between his toes and on his paws, around his elbows. His coat looks like he is shedding a winter coat as well as extreme dandruff. And the smell of pungent parmesan cheese. He has had issue with the feet since about 6 mths of age and they get swollen and oozy. He has always been on canidae dry food. For an extra treat I’ll give a 1/4 cup of Alpo wet can if I can find it. I started putting ACV in his water bucket. Can someone help me with info if this is something you’ve experienced?
Thank you in advance!

It could be something in his food that he's reacting to. Mastiffs can have an issue with chicken and grains. My first bullmastiff needed to be bathed weekly and because of allergies I had him on Zignature Kangaroo grain free which he did quite well on and switched that with their fish based food occasionally

Try a different food, i.e TOTW Salmon. Or try a Raw or Home Cooked Diet. Biscuits are a convenient option but can cause issues especially with Mastiff type breeds. Raw or Cooked diets can be costly and time consuming but its time and money well spent if the dog is free of issues.
