You are right.What consistency is the poop that she's unable to hold? If it's not liquid diarrhea, I would contact my vet and discuss the issue. Fecal incontinence is a thing and can be from something like an anal gland issue, among other things. Large frequent poop would indicate, to me, that the food may not be the best formulation for her. Being unable to control her bowels when the fecal matter is normal consistency would definitely be something I would consult with my vet about. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're describing, I say have it checked out.
She has no diarrhea.
