We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.
You could get a smaller one, it wouldn't hurt. Mine is one size smaller than that one. But if it works and it's just a little too big, you can still use it, like the video says. And she'll grow to fit it. You'll probably be between sizes a few times before they are full grown! I just wasn't sure at first if you had a really big one, which then I would say for sure to buy a smaller one.
Ugh...OK...I'm going to stick with the one I have for a week or more and see how it does. If I'm still having issues with it sliding down her neck then I might purchase a smaller size and just keep this one for when she's full grown. The next size is the 2.25 and it's 4 inches shorter so I'd probably have to get some extra prongs. Here's to playing the waiting game.
I have the 3mm but didn't get the herm because I got both mine for less than the price of one herm. I have the issue with Roxy she is in between links if I add one it slides if not it's snug. I leave it snug because you don't want it sliding down and I don't use it for leash pops. She works really well to keep the pressure off herself. If I add pressure myself it's to communicate I want her to sit. She pretty much does that automatically most times anyways.
