The "come" command can be challenging for some pups. NeSaxena gave some great tips to teach the command.
I did the same with Titan. I would place him in sit and walk away. As I'm walking away, I would tell him to stay. I turn around and tell him to "come", showing him the treat. If he remained, I walk by him while he remains in "sit" and "stay" and bring the treat by his nose. I continue to walk away. I turn around and ask him to "come." When he comes, I tell him to "sit" and tell him good "come", good "sit" and reward.
We continued to do this exercise and it took about 2-3 days for him to get it. Now his "recall" is about 98%.
Patience and consistency is key.
