Question on Cropped Ears

So this is my first Corso and my first ear cropping. The ear was cropped with stitches taken to fuse the bottom together and it appears to help the entire ear to stick up. 3 weeks later, when my puppy rests his face muscles, the ears stick up and look good. However, when he lifts his eyebrow muscles (i know, dogs don't have eyebrows lol), the ears fold inward towards each other and rests on his head. Do I need to post his ears? Or will this inward fold eventually go away? Thanks and appreciate any answers.
