Here is a crappy quality video of Dozer chewing on a raw trachea. Make great mastiff chews. I cut them into 1" chews for my small dog. He loves them too. Someday I hope for a decent videocamera.

beef gullet. I found this gem while hacking up a "lung set" I got from a sluaghter house. Lung, trachea, and gullet, oh my.

Some Dozer meals:
This one had trachea, ground venison, beef liver, chicken, beef rib and beef lung in it.

and one more...Sarge with a goat head.
