Should I be concerned?

Have you been able to stop the uti's and diaharrea? Could be that stops when you find the right food. Some dogs are super sensitive to what's in kibble. That's where I would start, maybe try home cooked in addition to kibble with very few ingredients. Some have dha and fats that don't do well long term and are rancid by the time they reach you dog. That could cause stomach problems and more serious. There's an abundance of info on good foods vs supermarket brand kibble and canned. Just a thought

Thanks pippa. Things are much better with the food we've settled on. I would never have had her on supermarket food anyway. She's now in a cold pressed food which she's enjoying and doing well on

She looks beautiful Sarah, and I'm ever so glad that her tummy and other issues have finally settled down.

As I said from the start, I think there was a secret lover that mom had a thing going with, lol.

At some point, you could have a DNA test done, just out of curiosity. It doesn't really matter, but just for fun :).
