People constantly ask if ours is a Shar Pei.

Ugh- the Shar-pei thing I get All. The. Time.

I mean, even if you reduce the size about 100 pounds, their facial structures are so different...but, people see wrinkles, and that's all they know.

We get shar-pei quite a lot, plus pit bull, bull dog, bull mastiff, great dane etc... Interestingly quite a few 'is that one of those neo mastiffs?' recently. Its a pretty rare breed over here I guess so most people haven't seen one before.
