18-24 months shouldn't be a problem ..... testicular cancer is not a young dog disease .......... the older the dog the tougher the surgery as with most surgeries .......... I've personally seen them drop as late as 6-7months , I've heard up to a year but never seen it or personally kew anyone who did .....
