So Stella is doing well on the raw diet, but we are ready to try something other than chicken. What do you guys suggest??

Awesome. Now, how do i do the bone. And are there certain cuts of meat that i should avoid?

Well, you can just do the chicken boney pieces like you have been. Beef: she may do beef ribs ok, but much else is going to be to hard for her (unless you can get oxtail, Apollo adores oxtails). Pork: pork ribs are fine, pork necks are fine, legs/hips/shoulder bones are iffy to way to hard. No cuts to avoid, but if its a bone in roast you may want to de-bone it, or watch her carefully to make sure she's not damaging her teeth on the bone.

I'm pretty much sticking to poultry for bone content. I did get bunch of venison ribs from a bulk purchase a while back. But, with her just needing a little bone each week, those ribs will be lasting us all year.

Be careful with pork chops, bone-in, the bones are saw cut and can be hard and sharp. Denna had some - some went through, some came back out the front end (at 4am, of course). If we do pork bones, it will be whole slabs of ribs. I've heard people recommend pork shoulder, bone-in, but that seems like a really big bone. The people doing the recommending say they remove the remainder of the bone when the dog's done with it, but Denna never is "done" with dinner until every scrap is consumed... she'll eat any given amount.
