I have been asked to take a pup from a rescued litter of saint bernards. The lady who rescued the litter knows their provenance and has been calling people she knows to see if they will take one. The lady who bred them's husband walked out on her when the pups were 5 weeks old and she couldn't look after them on her own, so she called the lady who I got Jimmy from for help. Long story short there are two males left and I am stuck between these two. Going to see them this evening, will have more info tomorrow.View attachment 30139View attachment 30140

They are so cute! Take both, then you can have 1 Mastiff and 4 Saints. Nothing like having 800-1000 lbs (57.1 - 71.4 stone) of dogs around...

In the UK, do you use "stone" as a weight measurement? In kilograms its 362.8-453.5 of dogs running around. I thought I would save you the trouble from converting form pounds to stones but I may have picked the wrong unit. Oy!

I wish I were "stuck" with one of those two!!
The second one has that "not me" look about him... as if he's just waiting to see what kind of trouble there might be to get in. :)

Been to see the pups, going with the first one as he seemed a bit more laid back. His name is going to be Franky as we already have a Billie, Jimmy and Ronnie. Photos to come soon.

Sweet puppy!

There is a new Saint in our neighborhood now, and not only is he beyond sweet- (and clumsy, lol)- but HUGE.
