It is where she is scraping her lips on something probably as she chews or plays. It is nothing to worry about and will fill back in but will happen often. I also was worried about it with my first EM, but after 6 boys I've gotten quite an education!
Yes, I agree with Rob....Ruger does it quite often but it fills back in. He likes to try to hide things and in doing so, he rubs his face/mouth trying to get them under objects.
