A skittish pup

My 9 month bullmastiff seems to be a bit skittish of dogs who bark at her. She gets quite a bit of socialization with other dogs, but when ever we pass a dog on a walk or at the pet store that barks at her she literally runs in the opposite direction. Even if i try and comfort her or pet the other dog showing her everything is okay she wont come near them. Most of the time it is the smaller dogs she is afraid of, for instance the maltese that lives next door. The maltese barks at Chloe every time we walk by and she is now beginning to not even want walk by their door. On the other hand with larger dogs such as my parents Chocolate Lab, the Pit-bull a few doors down, my roommates boxer, or other larger dogs we meet, she has no problems with and will play with them for hours on end. Chloe has only barked about three times since I've gotten her 6 months ago, and seems to be petrified of dogs who do bark. I would love for her to be able to get along with every dog we meet but I am starting to think this won't happen. Should I be worried?

I dont think you should be that worried, I would def keep up the socialization with people and dogs you know, and training. But most mastiffs go through stages and they mature slow, My female EM when she was a pup was terrified of the little yorkie next door, she would want to bolt to the door. She grew out of it and now is one of the best dogs we have, not afraid of anything!
