I tried to go the Chantix route, but I'm bad with taking pills. Someone turned me on to E-cigarretes (sp?) so I'm giving those a try. (The nicotine without all the other toxins of traditional cigs.)

As for the Chanix, I didn't have any side effects of depression, but I had WICKED whacked out and vivid dreams!

And without the smoke, smell, and dirty ashtrays! This is what I've been doing too....started at full strength...at medium strength now...working my way to "no nicotine" already saving a ton of money!

Thanks gunny, I can't stand dip. Thinking about cigars but the problem is I cant not inhale them and don't really want another habit, I smoke them occasionally now but know I would go balls to the wall if I had I one now.
