Angus looks great! I love the weekly pictures...especially the early ones when he's teeny! How big is he?

11 weeks on Sunday. I stepped on the scales with him this morning and about 22 lbs - he's plateaued at that weight for the past week but WOW has the body changed. Literally from one nap to the next he went from being able to walk under the coffee table to to hitting his head on it to resting his head on top! His legs seem to have grown a mile in the last couple of days!

Just chillin' and watching TV.jpg This one's a little dark but had to share - he's so funny that he loves just to chill out and watch TV with us. Wonder what he's thinking.....OK maybe I don't want to know! :D

wow he is a big pup

We'll know tomorrow what he weights when we go in for his 12 week shots. I do know he's too heavy for me to lift and guesstimate on our home scale anymore. Between my husband and I we've had a lot of dogs over the years but never one we could see grow on an hourly basis! Amazing how much he's changed in the month since we brought him home!

Angus 3 months - little stinker just wasn't having it to go out in the rain this morning. He convinced hubby it was too wet and chilly - he NEEDED the fire. Ha - who has who trained......

He was a less than cooperative last week at the vets for the weighing and temperature taking. Poor new vet tech - he was not nice to her. Best guess was right at 30 lbs. They have a floor scale in the check-in area and he was far more interested in the other dogs. He then proceeded to sound like he was being murdered when she tried to take his temp rectally. But when the vet came in he was all waggy tail and showed off how he could sit and lay down - treats were involved of course! Little show off! We'll try later in the week to go by for just a weight check when I pick up paper work for our boxers surgery.

I just love the fireplace pic! He looks like such a little sweetheart.

HA! Don't let him fool you - he is terror and con artist when awake! :DHis poor canine sisters are plotting to send him somewhere else so they can get some peace and quiet. He has the hubby trained that when he goes to either the refrigerator or garage door that he NEEDS to be fed. And of course the oldest ploy in the book of sitting at his feet and gazing longingly towards whatever he is eating - practicing his puppy mind control of "you will give me some, you will give me some....no matter what mom says I can have!" :p He has all of us under his paw!

Thanks - we agree! It's been a long week without his boxer sister to play with - he's been extra ornery! Saying no is what he's heard the most.
Stubborn face.jpg This is his stubborn face (he had just been reminded that the chihuahua isn't a chew toy)

fine I will lay here but not happy about it.jpg This was "Fine I will lay here but don't think I'm happy about it"
