Breeding is meant to better the breed you are breeding. Being that your dog is not purebred what do you hope to achieve by letting her have a litter?

Why do you want to breed her?
To be totally blunt here, you are not going to get a lot of support on this forum with this breeding.
Most here are very passionate about our dogs as well as our breeds and seeing posts like this immediately get our backs up.
The ONLY reason that any dog should be intentionally bred, is to benefit and better that particular breed.
Breeding only dogs that fit into the standard and that will forward the image of the breed that the breeder is trying to achieve. That is after appropriate health testing has been completed, lines studied and risks assessed by the breeder. Who will in turn guarantee the health of those pups and be not only willing, but making it contractually obligatory to return the pup if for ANY reason the owner can no longer care for it.
What reason do you have to breed your dog? What health clearances are you prepared to do to ensure the healthiest pups you can? If those pups are to come down with some hereditary issue what are you prepared to do/give to those owners comfort for what they are going through? What happens if there is an issue during birth? Are you prepared to go to an emergency vet and pay the 3000$ for a C-section?
How are you planning on finding homes for these pups? Are you prepared to interview people, check their homes and back grounds? Are you financially prepared to have a litter? Whelping box, food, toys, Pay for their first and perhaps second round of shots? To socialize them correctly so that they are well adjusted when it is time for them to go to their new homes?
You will not make money off breeding, only risking the health of your dog.
My advice is to have her spayed, so you don't need to go through heat cycles every 6 months and enjoy your pet.
Oh and for your question, you shouldn't breed a female CC before 2 years of age minimum. They don't fully finish developing until 3, so let them grow up first.

Hazards of breeding? Puppy puts foot thru uterus, peritonitis sets in, unknown to you, mom dies on operating table and is brought back 2xs while emergency spay is done, 3 pups die due to infection from mom, all hell and heartbreak you and mom go thru is not worth it. Joy lived to a good age of 13 and was a fantastic, spoiled Yorkie we owned years ago. This was with excellent vet care, x-rays, before ultra sound done on dogs, assist during and 24 yr. watch after birthing, CPR on puppies, etc. and lots of $$$. Spay you're female. The world has to many mixed and full blooded dogs and cats. Personal experience and opinion.

What if you have an owner who 8 months down the road decides they don't want the pup. Are you willing to take the pup back & go through the process of finding it an approved home? What if you don't find it a home? Are you willing to keep it for it's lifetime?

Not trying to be harsh but there are so many things you need to think of before breeding your dog. Everyone has pointed out things you need to consider. In your case, I'd highly recommend just having her spayed.
