Bullmastiff/cane corso being aggressive to other dogs in House

Hello,
I love this forum and it has been so helpful since I joined.
I have a new Bullmastiff/cane corso 1 yr old we have adopted from another family who could not keep her. Her name is Snookie. We have 3 other dogs in the house, a cane corso 3yr old, rottweiler 1.5 yrs old and a german sheppard/border collie 13yr old. Since Snookie has come into our house she has been trying to assert herself in the house. She has put the rotti on the ground once over a toy. I saw the conflict and took the toy away and she came between me and the toy and attacked the rotti when the rotti tried to come near me. I had to pull snookie off my rotti. She has never been aggressive towards her since.
Next all the dogs ran to the front door barking at a person coming in the house and she attacked my cane corso and took a bite out of her neck. They now growl at each other constantly which I correct with a firm NO. But I am worried this will happen again and the cane will be hurt more next time as she is not a fighter and was very scared for a long time after, even though she growls at Snookie when they pass.
They are all very affectionate to people and they all like attention, they seem to be possessive over me, not my husband or kids.
Now this doesn't happen all the time, they sleep on the same bed together and sit on the "dog chair" together. The rotti and her play all the time outside. It only happen sometimes but it is a surprise when it does as they were getting along fine for days even weeks at a time.
My oldest the Shepard/collie has always been the alpha dog in the house and she is 13 yrs old, Snookie has never bothered her.
She is great with kids we can feed her by hand, play with toys etc it is only with the younger dogs we have a problem. She is also good with our cats.
Is this a fighting for position in the "pack"?
If anyone can help me or has any ideas that would be great!

My advice would be to get a trainer to come in and evaluate the situation. For anyone to give you advice without seeing the situation could be dangerous. I am sure there are more signs that you may have missed prior to the events taking place. In the mean time I would separate the Corso and the BM X Corso before something bad happens.
Get a good trainer that is familiar with mastiff/dominant breeds in the dogs comfort zone.
Good luck, I hope you can work something out.

good post, I would also separate them, crate and rotate!
