We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.
There are several breeders in those areas and it is going to depend on what you prefer for a corso type to know which breeders you prefer.
My dogs came from Cane Corso de Italica Terrae in NY and I highly recommend them but below is a list of breeder in the states you have asked about. simply pick the states you are interested in to see what breeders are there.
I recommend Peretti Corso his dog's are great Mike is also very helpful I just got one from him and he is awesome. depending on where in CT you are I would also checkout Sleeping Giant got from there 10-11 years ago he also was a great dog good luck with your search
I just got my pup a few weeks ago from Casanova Cane Corso near Rochester. Jessica was and still is great in helping us. And the sire to our pup is actually from Peretti, Palermo to be exact.
Lots of good breeders in your area.
I would look at the dogs, see what type you prefer and go from there
Legacy in NY has some nice dogs as well.
Sleeping Giant does have some beautiful dogs.
I would be sure to ask about health testing, as it seems more and more kennels are not doin it, funny though they used to...
Check out the Cane Corso Association of America's 2012 awards. Firehorse (PA) and Italica (NY) are first and second respectively. That says a lot. Also the #1 working dog of the year is an Italica bitch.
I also went with Casanova Cane Corso in Wayland, NY. Jessica just made me feel comfortable. Keep in my my puppy was just born yesterday, so I have to wait 8 weeks to pick him up.
Stay away from Maryland. Way, way, waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy to many back yard breeders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sad but true. I seen them on craigslist all the time. And a good majority are not true canes
