Cane Corso/Homing Instinct

Do Corsi have the same homing instinct that EM's have? By that I mean do that consistantly stay close to home as does my EM? I live in a rural area, and my Max, at least to my knowledge has never left the "farm"....takes many daily rounds on my 7 acres, but never leaves.

My Corso does not leave me period. I get up to go to the bathroom, she is right there, lol; we have serious CVS - Corso Velcro Syndrome.
Outside it doesn't matter what she sees, runs by, what ever happens she is at my side.
Unless I say go play, then she will go but never gets far enough that I am out of her line of vision.
She is fine when left at home, but sits by the door I went out of until I come back.

well, my EM NEVER LEAVES THE PERRIMITTER OF OUR PROPERTY LINE, DOESNT EVEN GET CLOSE TO IT, BECAUSE THAT'S HOW I TRAINED HIM.. HE ONLY LEAVES WHEN WE ASK HIM IF HE WANTS TO GO FOR A WALK, AND IN THE BEGINNING HE USED TO NOT GO PAST THE TREE MID-WAY DOWN UNTILL I'D PUT THE LEASH ON HIM, ONCE OUT OF THE DRIVE I COULD TAKE IT OFF N HE'D BE FINE...
MISS BELLA, OUR CANE CORSO ON THE OTHER HAND, IF CASH ISN'T OUTSIDE NEAR HER (SHE'S ALMOST 8 MONTHS OLD) I'M AFRAID SHE WOULD WANDER.. NOT BECAUSE SHE'S NAUGHTY, SHE'S JUST VERY CURIOUS N GETS BORED EASILY.. IF WE ARE OUTSIDE, SHE USUALLY STAYS IN OUR SIGHTS (OR IN BETWEEN MY FEET)...SHE HAS BEEN BUSTED FOLLOWING CARS OUT THE DRIVEWAY AND WE'VE HAD TO CALL HER BACK.. HOPEFULLY SHE FIGURED THAT ONE OUT..
IT'S ALL ABOUT CONSISTANCY... GOOD LUCK :)

LOL As I was sitting going potty today with 3 dogs crammed in the bathroom with me, I was thinking to myself "I wonder if other dog owners have this 'lack of privacy' thing with their dogs?" I generally tell them that I "don't need help" and make them leave.
