Dog toys and other products

Just wondering where everyone buys their dog toys/beds/dishes/crates etc... I personally prefer over the internet for the dog toys and crates. I find the prices to be much more reasonable. I was looking at some interactive dog toys today in the store that were priced $24.99 and looking at dog.com right now, they are $10.71.

I get a LOT of toys at Ross/TJ Max... normally in the $4 range.

Including one of these: http://www.cesarsway.com/shop/dog-whisperer-cesar-millan-toss-n-tug (basketball, but they also had a few soccer ones)
Listed at his site for $13, I got it for $4!

The stuffless plushy toys are also a big hit, and just a little more, I think I paid ~$6 for the last one. Just like this one - but I can't find any online to purchase:

Beds/Blankets - normally at Costco
Dishes/Crates - any local pet store... the last crate we bought was the Ginormous wire one, and I drove 20 miles to get one at PetSmart to avoid shipping charges... it's a HEAVY sucker.

I find tons of toys, beds, and you name it at TJMAXX and Ross for $3 to $8 for toys. Most are at petsmart for 3x what I pay.
