Dog toys

I'd thought I'd start a toy thread as I find myself buying a new toy for Hector quite often.
Here's his newest. I wouldn't be able to tell you if these toys stand up to aggressive chewing as my dogs are only into destroying plushy toys after a good playing. This one is a rubbery mint scented kibble/treat dispenser with a good bounce to it. The toy is about 5in. and is called a snoop treat dispensing toy and you can get it on amazon for $18.50.

Have you tried any of the TUFF toys from VIP? They are amazing imo as Mystic usually kills everything.

I had to look that up. I bought this one https://www.vipproducts.com/retail/files/index.php/categories/view/462/mega-medium-ring and still have it because no one seem to be overly interested in it. It has a couple of surface rips and holes, but everything is still intact because of the second layer. Awhile back, I read on someone's thread that they bought one of those big TUFF toys, a large pig or something and between the two puppies it was destroyed in about a week lol...

Arty killed a TUFF ring in about five minutes, but Arty is destruction on four feet!

I breifly tried a kibble dispensing toy with Apollo when I was feeding kibble. Damn dog quickly figured out that if he picked it up and shook it just right it'd dump out a little pile of kibble.....so he proceeded to leave little piles of kibble all over the house till e toy was empty....

They also have a great toy tester program that I am in

How do you get into this program? Hector's ex-best friend is a lab mix and he'll destroy everything. He's constantly on a search and destroy mission. When he was staying over, he started to destroy every toy Hector had one by one. I had to go around and make sure there were absolutely no toys laying around. It's nice not to keep replacing toys.

I've tried 2 of the Tuff toys. Kryten has managed to put a hole in them with 5-10 minutes. The best I've found for him are skinnys. He turns the squeakers into rattles the first day but they can last for months afterwards. It all depends on if they use it as a tug rope.

Arty'd probly destroy it, but if not Apollo'd just dump it out all over like he did with the kibble when I tried it with him as a pup!

I love this program i find it totally worth it. I honestly have not come across a toy that my two were not interested in. Anything on their site you can get on the tester program.

So how much do you spend in this program a month? Is it worth it and what do you do with the toys that no one wants? Are the toys from this site? Sorry about the questions
