Dogo Argentino & Boerboel Mix

I recently got a Dogo Argentino Boerboel mix puppy. Just wondering if anyone has an adult one that they can share a picture of so I have an idea of what our girl will look like as an adult. I haven't been able to find any really good pictures online. Ours is almost all black/brown with a white V under her chin.

Thanks!

I'm curious as to what that combination would look like also. Do you have a pic of your pup you could share?

This is our girl. She was not purchased through a breeder as it was more of a rescue type situation. We only know that her mother was a Dogo Argentino and (we were told) that the father was a Boerboel. I don't know how true any of this is but we still love her none the less. I only asked what one would look like because we don't know if she looks like a typical mix of these two dogs. We don't have much of a background on her. Thanks for your help!

Something odd here. Dogo are typically white dogs, and there really are not any true black Boerboels. (this is up in the air again) Her face does remind me of a Boerboel but almost all the mastiffs look the same when they are puppies. Cute dog, hope she brings you many years of happiness.

We were thinking the same thing as we were researching the two types of dogs. I'm just wondering if she isn't Dogo mixed with some other type of mastiff.

No idea on what the mix could be or what a 'typical' puppy would look like but not all mixed puppies look mixed. I have an Irish Setter/Golden Retriever mix that even people who show dogs have trouble believing is not an Irish Setter. The only people that have ever gotten it right are Irish Setter owners who ask if he is mixed. He is an Irish Setter through and through despite his father.

my daughter has a dogo x american bulldog kinda looks like yours look under the dogo picture on the forum for Ivey black and white. If she has some dogo in her you should be able to see black spots on her skin. This is usually a very good sign to identify dogo. I understand that dad is the main issue. IMO I would train her like she was a dogo just because they are 1 of the hardest in the mastiff breed you can always go softer after if her temp is soft alot harder to go hard on her after.
p.s
my daughter loves her after the hard wotk Ivey is incredible. She lives in a bad neighbourhood and i am very confident Ivey would give her life protecting her yet she can walk her off leash on the street with no worry.
