El Chapo is 5 months old.
He survived Parvo when he was 10 weeks old, before he could get vaccinated.
He is a rescue from a bad breeder, who just gave the puppy away to an even worse owner, where he was dumped in a small back yard under the weather.
He is doing very well now. High end raw diet, lots of organic veggies and super foods, lots of loving, and two other dogs in the household to keep him in line. Daily walks, and he does very well with new people and other puppies at the dog park.
My 2 year old (Missy, the most wonderful girl ever) Malinois mix is being the perfect mommy for him. She is teaching all that she knows already, making my job a little easier.
He will not be neutered, and only minimally vaccinated, one vaccine at a time at least two months apart. To reduce chances of cancer. I've lost too many pups in the past to cancer. Mainly due to the mistakes of my own, fixing them too early. too many vaccines and crappy processed food and treats. My other large pups have made it to the ages of 15, 16 and 17 and still active to the end, (after I learned how the so called dog food industry and pharma companies over vaccinating the pups for profit). Just explaining why I won't do kibble or treats, or the over-vaccination.
