I once owned a DDB, but don`t have a mastiff now.

My DDB:
I looked for this beautfiful breed for many years before I found a breeder. I didn`t really know what to look for because this would be my first dog.

I didn`t now about health-problems and so on, so I bought the first I could get hold of (very smart). He was a beautiful black-masked Bordeaux. The first one born in Norway.

His sire was NUCH Laruscades Hannibal from England and his dam was Symphonie v d Weelsedijkhoeve from Holland.

He was only 1,5 year when I had to put him down because of healthproblems. I had tried everything, but my vet told me to let him go. It was a terrible moment and I have never forgotten that day.

This is now 7 years ago but he is still on my mind.

Now I own a red Staffordshire bull terrier. Lovely dog who was 3 years this sommer.

Hoping to learn more about this big lovely giants on this forum.

Welcome and condolences. I share that experience with my first Corso.
Was heart breaking, but I learned more about the breed because of her.
Enjoy the forum.
