We have had issues with our new halo collar. We love the tech but the support has been less than desirable. Cesar Milan supports this program but why does the company make it so difficult to mitigate issues with such a high price tag, and then tell us the dog won't be covered (collared ) while they they replace the defective product? It works...it really really works. I just think we got a bad one...and that's ok but to replace it now my dog is un checked and they won't allow a new one to be shipped without the current collar being deactivated. How do you keep up training without a working product. CESAR would not aprove...yet he is the training partner. Love love the product..
