I suppose that would depend.
If they were properly looked after by the breeders (who wanted to make big bucks) prior to being dumped, then they would have had a good begining.
After being dumped, it would have gone down to natural selection and survival of the fittest . Any who were weak, sick, too young, or too old, would have died very quickly without food and care. Any outbreaks of distemper, parvo, infectious canine hepatitis, or para influenza, would have killed off many. Any dogs displaying rabies, would have been distroyed. Therefore those who have survived this far, would be the very strongest individuals in a hardy and strong breed.
That said, with lack of proper food (other than noodles) they would all be malnurished, with the probability of ticks (Lyme disease(?)) and possibility of mange. Not sure if they have heartworm over there(?)
And so, to take a wild guess at an answer to your question.....probably no worse than any other rescued dog, and possibly better, due to the very fact that they have managed to somehow survive against all odds.
