Has anyone used a K-Laser to treat arthritis?

Our 7 yr old DDB had two TPLO's on his back legs. First surgery was in 2009 & recovery went smoothly. The 2nd TPLO in 2011's recovery unfortunately did not go as smoothly. Brutus got up too fast one week post-op and injured his patellar tendon pretty badly. Ever since then, the left back knee just hasn't been as good as the right one. He is beginning to show some signs of arthritis settling in that left leg, i.e. stiffness when he first gets up. He has been on Synflex liquid glucosamine supplement since the 1st surgery in 2009, & we've been pleased with how it's worked these past 4 years, but I think the time has come to look into some extra help to make him feel better. Anyway, I had some success personally with the K-Laser treatments on my lower back and there is a vet near us that has it for pets. I was wondering if anyone has tried it on their dog and if so, what results they had. It's not a cheap treatment. Six treatments costs around $245, but we are willing to do this if it will help his mobility and have less stiffness when he gets up.

I have heard of it in the Veterinarian field but I have never seen it done or know the results of it. I would be curious to see what it does after the treatments.
I have read there website and would love to go to one of the seminars but needless to say I am not able to attend due to me not being a Veterinarian.
Hopefully someday they will open it up for Vet techs to be able to attend and learn more about it.
