Hi everyone! I've been lurking around for a few days reading all I can. I am Beth, and my husband and our four kids and I live in eastern Arizona.
Last month we adopted a mastiff mix puppy from the Humane Society. The mom was brought in as a stray, pregnant. She looked mostly like an English Mastiff, but she was a lot taller and leaner than the pictures I have seen here, so I wonder if she was a mix herself. We have no idea what the dad of the puppies was.
Bravo joins our Dane Sarge, our heeler Ranger and a chihuahua mix Daisy. We also have a cat, two ferrets and 12 chickens.
So far things with Bravo have been going quite well. We love him to death, he's super smart and eager to please. I'm having a heck of a time getting him house trained, but I suspect that is totally my own failing and nothing to do with him.
All four dogs (#4 is on the couch in the blanket), Bravo the day we brought him home, and Bravo earlier last week.
