I've been lurking for a while and finally thought I would post something. I recently purchased a Boerboel puppy and he will be arriving on Monday... I am pretty psyched. I adopted a Boerboel several years ago and unfortunately he passed away over the summer, breaking my heart. I am looking forward to raising this one and being able to properly socialize and train him. Any pointers?

Thanks He finally got here on Thursday we named him Maximus, Max for short. He's super sweet and extremely playful. He seems to have taken a shine to my 3 yr old daughter and she likes him till he gets to playing to rough and then she's done with him...

What a beautiful dog! Your daughter will have a friend for life. I have read nothing but amazing things about the breed and their protective instincts. If I can covimce my wife our next family member will be a Boerboel. Dont get me wrong our two corso are awesome and would not trade them for all the tea in china I am just leaning towards a Boerboel. Again beautiful little guy!
