What does everyone do to keep there dogs in shape!?

Right now I jog with moose a couple of times a week, Once he turns two I am going to up his workout. I will probably get or make a flirt pole once I move in a couple of months since I will have a yard :D

mainly just daily walks and trips to park to play fetch with a ball. during the week only about a mile or two, weekends though 5-7 miles each day. we are getting ready for our first backpacking trip in may, he seems to love the longer hikes. also i play tug of war with him multiple times a day and i go over to my friends house pretty frequently who has 2 dogs and they just love running around and playing in his back yard.

Daily walks, flirt pole, playing with doggie friends in off leash area's (there are enough large, open off leash areas that it is easy to find empty ones). And mental training exercises, handling class. I am planning on getting a tread mill for next winter now that we have more space.

With Mongo, we would take him on daily walks to the baseball field and play "wheres mommy, wheres daddy" I would be on one side of the field while BF would be on the other and have Mongo ran after us. Or play hide & seek. He loved that!

With Zuko he is still a pup so its mostly play dates and running around and taining work outs. I try playing hide & seek with him and he gets scared lol so not as much fun.

For the APBTs I use flirt pole, spring pole, drag weights, walking/jogging, and some free-running when i can find a good secluded spot for them to be off-lead. Hopefully soon I can get a bike so I can run them since i can't afford a treadmill nor do i have the space for one. We also hike a lot with them on weekends. And in the summer, I try to do a little swimming with them as well.

For my boerboel, I'm very limited due to her progressed joint disease. I let her work the spring pole sometimes and go for short walks, but i try not to do too much with her, and i have to give her pain meds when i do. back when her joints weren't as bad, I used to take her hiking a lot and did flirtpole a lot with her. but it's sad now that i can't. and she hates being left behind, but unfortunately, there's nothing i can do for her anymore but limit her activity. sux.
