  • Welcome back!

We decided to spruce things up and fix some things under the hood. If you notice any issues, feel free to contact us as we're sure there are a few things here or there that we might have missed in our upgrade.

I hate to do it but she's gotta go

Great news! As someone who chooses to muzzle my dog when we are in certain situations, all I can say is that I LOVE this tool!! It took me a while to get over the whole idea of "what would people think, but I am SO glad I did! It keeps everyone safe, my anxiety is waaaaay down - if not non existent - and it allows my boy to learn, make decisions, and for me to watch and see exactly what is happening rather than guessing at what he might have done.

We went through a 3 week training protocol where he discovered that the muzzle was a great thing that contained wonderfully yummy treats. As a result, it does not shut him down or change his behavior - it just is...like is collar. I am happy to share it with you if you're interested in it.

We know what's best for our dog's safety and the safety of those around us. I worried at first about a prong collar, but those who would judge me for using one properly sure would have a lot to say to me if my 150lb dog drug my young daughter into traffic too. So I finally decided to trust my own judgement!

There are lots of tools that can be used properly and keep everyone safe and happy!

I am glad to see that she is progressing, and that you are showing a great deal of investment in said progression? Socialization (with any pup) is important. I think with every bit of time-investment you make with her, will result in further improvements. It sounds like she just needs someone invested in her?

I hope you keep everyone up to date on her progress? I think if you stick with her, she will be an awesome, loyal pup.
