We put her on chicken and rice for two weeks and then gradually introduced dr johns hypoallergenic dog food (brilliant food and incredibly cheap when compared to the likes of burns or james wellbeloved) and added acidophilus probiotic, slippery elm bark to help replenish the mucous membrane of the intestine and milled flax seed to increase the fibre. It wasnt an overnight fix by any means still took a few weeks to settle but she's so much better now.Good looking girl! Can I ask what you did for her stomach issues? Did you just use Probiotics? What kind or kinds? What food are you using also? My guys stomach is all kinds of sensitive.

If your looking for a food to help gastrointestinal problems look for low fat & high fibre but as with most high fibre diets be prepared for some extra gaseous emissions for a few weeks!
Even switching gradually onto the hypoallergenic food upset her stomach, you just have to give them time to adjust, can be six weeks before they properly settle onto the new food. Hope it all works out for you.Thank you very much. I will definitely look into items above. I have done 4 types of different probiotics, chicken and rice (white & brown) ground beef 90/10, ground turkey and even ground chicken. All with good results until back on the kibble.
Thanks again and sorry for hi-jacking your thread.
