Where in PA are you located?

I have worked with and recommend FireHorse Cane Corso. They have beautiful dogs and are very knowledgeable about the breed but I might be bias since I have a couple pups out of their male Oak (Firehorse's Franklin) and will hopefully have at least one out of Firehorse's Dorian. :)

We have 5 rescue puppies coming to PA this weekend, they are pure corso x lab crosses. Not the glamorous pure bred dog but they look very nice and can have a lot of potential.

yes Firehorse has amazing dogs. And well bred also, health tested, good temp breeding.

my husband and i have taken everyone's unwanted dogs for years, we feel now is our time to get what we want. I applaud the rescue work that others do but at some point you gotta do something for your self. I am also looking for a dog to do schutzhund or protection work with.

I will however this on to anyone who would be interested, can you tell me what rescue you work for that i may give them that name? thanks

Beverly, Mary at blackshadow corso knows her corso as well as anyone ive seen and if she recommends firehorse than I would definately look into them. Sounds like youre prepared to spend the money for the best, id bet thats as good as a starting point as youre gonna find.

Yup, in PA I would say Firehorse, PridenJoyz Cane corso, (there is a member here Jersey Girl with a pup from them.) or Appalachian (we have another member with a pup from them)
Any of those 3 I would look at, see what interests you and go from there.
Good luck on your search :)

Hi Beverly,

I would recomend Firehorse also. My Corso is a Firehorse Dorain & Italica Charm pup...he is a great dog. He'll be a year the 14th of this month.

I am probably biased since i got it from John & Suzanne Bucher (Appalachian corso). I did hear great things about firehorse but i went with my breeder because at the time they just had a litter and came recommended by another breeder i trust in Iowa. You wont go wrong with either one.

Here are a few pics . He is 10 months old now.

We are pretty much family :) My dogs originated from Zoe (Italica Cane Corso) and we have used Oak with one of our Italica females and are now using Dorian. Charm is a sweetie and such a lover when it comes to people!

PridenJoyz!! Crickett is 16 months old and the sweetest girl ever! Krissy is the breeder and she is helpful and has a ton of knowledge about the breed.

Wow we really are family :) Blondie is a full sister to my Hemi and don't even make me gush over Piasano! I got to see him when we went down to pick up Danae and he was stunning! Him and his new sister :) Zoe is awesome! I love her, although she does like to pick on my Canadian accent and the way we saw Newfoundland lol!
