Sophie stands on my foot when she is unsure what to do, or what SHE should do. She waits for some indication of what is appropriate behavior and goes from there. I have not peed alone since she arrived, nor have I gone across the house alone. I do not nap alone but I do vacuum alone (she barks and barks.) As bad mommies go I am likely the worst. My husband leaves for work at 0530 hrs and when he is in bed, she lays across the bottom but once he is gone, she stretches out with her head on my shoulder and her hips by mine. Sounds "wrong" but I have never felt so safe or so loved in my life. She is always with me and always will be. She too has "her boy", my 3 year old grandson, with whom she is extremely careful. All dogs should be like this but then the Corso wouldn't be so special.
