Hello today I noticed that the top of my females nose is a pink color where it looks like the back came off. I waswondering if any one has experienced this?
Could b a scratch of some sort. Also it might b from it healing from something. It will usually b pink from that! I would just keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't swell up to much!
Has the pup tried to bury some toy or food? Titan will try to bury his food in the floor, rubbing his nose causing it to turn pink. My Siberian Husky used to do the same thing.
Most likely its a scratch of some sort, with darker pigments in the nose scratches appear pink. Give it a week, it will heal. It is something you will encounter often. Also, some dogs do get sunburns, the dead skin peels away and the dermis underneath appears pink before the skin matures. Post a pic if you are unsure.
