Midwest Ovation 1948dd crate?

Hi,

I'm new to the mastiff world, and will be picking up my male cane corso puppy this week. I went out tonight and picked up a midwest ovation 1948dd crate and when I set it up, it just feels really flimsy to me. Anyone else have any experience with these crates? I don't want to act on it and return it until I know for sure it's not just me being picky, haha. I'd rather spend the money once and get something that will last the long haul. I only intend to crate him when were out of the house or at night, which at night probably won't happen once he's house broken, we're a sucker for our furry friends, I have no shame admitting it, lol. So any recommendations for another crate or feed back on this crate? Thanks so much in advance i appreciate it!

Is that one of their wire crates? I have to admit that they aren't the sturdist feeling things ever. I've personally got the Best Pet brand wire crates. My smaller dog did a major number on his, though never to the point of escaping. Some dogs do manage to escape from them though.
