That sounds like the plan we did for our 7 month old EM pup a few weeks ago. We decreased his food by 25% to allow his body to catch up. It took about 2.5 weeks but he finally got over it and feels better! It was hard to restrict his activity...I felt horrible, but it was necessary. I'm so sorry Missy is feeling bad :(. Please keep us updated

Rest and short walks only. Research before visiting vets as u can spend some serious $. Usually grow out of it round 11-12 months. Dont let them jump and try to avoid stairs

Big Guy, don't I know it, there are some vets that just see $$$$$ when you have a problem, I love my vet, usually all I have to do is go in and ask for something and he gives it to me,

Ive been giving her asprin also, and have putting turmeric on her food. I just feel bad for her having to be crated all the time, she looks so sad.
I also know they outgrow it, Im just trying to help her along, my biggest worry is that the limp is going to become habit after she does outgrow it
