Mobile/Computer apps for pet data management?

Yesterday I found the Caniner Doggie Diary iPhone app which stores info, pics, etc on your dog. I'm not totally sold on the app, and I'd like to have something similar that stores info for dogs, cats and maybe other animals, schedules vet visits, etc. Can anyone recommend a good mobile app for this type of pet info management? A computer-based app would be good as well, but I would want the information to sync to a mobile device. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

I use Paw Card. I don't think it has a section for appointments but I use it to keep track of the weights, vaccinations, identification numbers etc. formy cats and dogs. On a fun side I also use Pet Age to calculate how old they are in human years.

Thanks for the recs! Smokeycat, I couldn't find Paw Card for iPhone.
Grazefull, I found My Pet Diary for iPhone, but (at least the iPhone version) got pretty bad reviews so I haven't even tried it. But I did also find Pet Master for iPhone and I'm trying it now. If the free version looks good, I'll upgrade to the $2.99 pro version. Thanks again for your replies.
