Mole Skin Ear Posting

ITEMS
- Mole Skin (find in the foot area in a drug store)
- Super Glue (or something that is quick drying)
- Scissors
- Ear cleaner
- Rubbing Alcohol

SET UP
- Cut the mole skin to fit the shape of the ears.. Make sure you cut 2 pieces for each ear.
- Glue the 2 pieces together for each left and right NOTE there is tape on the back do not take off one side and the other take off so you can glue to the other piece
- As drying make sure you mold it while it is drying to go into ear


CLEANING


- Clean the ears out with cleaning solution
- Take Rubbing Alcohol and wipe area where the glue is going so no cleaner or oils on ear
- Do not remove fur as the glue has sometime to bond too


APPLYING


- Take the left side mole skin piece, take paper off back and apply glue to mole skin
DO NOT GLUE THE RIGHT SIDE MOLE SKIN UNTIL YOU HAVE APPLIED LEFT SIDE FIRST
- Pull up Left ear and insert into ear, hold for a second or two
- Repeat onto Right ear


It should last up to a week or 2 depending if the dog scratches at it or allowed to play with other dogs

Thanks for this. My CC got her ears done and is getting ecollar off/stitches out this thursday. Think I might have to do this even though her ears perk up once in a while

Your welcome!
If the dogs ears are not standing right from the start they will not stand on there own even though the dog can perk them up.
The mole skin rack will put them into position and lock them there. Just remember you might have to do a few times but it is worth it.

I used the mole skin with piper's ears and it worked great!

İ will do that with my 3,5 months old CC. İ can find some kind of that mole skin, but i m not sure about glue. What kind of glue should i use? İsn't that super glue harmful for the skin of his ears? Can u give me some link or smt like that i can read the content of the glue u use, so i can find a similar one. İ m living in turkey so i think i can not find same trademark. Thank you.
