my 7month old cane corso eats everything

How can I prevent from my 7month old from eating everything in site. He will eat everything other then his food sometimes (grass, the wall), ink pens, plastic etc..) So because of this he is having vomiting and loose stools sometimes. I give him lots of chew toys but its not enough. Somebody please helpray:

If it is boredom you need to meet his needs better. He needs physical exercise, mental stimulation, regular obedience training, structure and appropriate chew time every day. Just having chew toys laying around won't cut it. A tired dog is a good dog. If Bear is bored he destroys stuff.

If it is anxiety you need to get a trainer in to help you.
