so I took her to visit a friend and what a bugger she was! She did NOT want to be there, she would NOT settle, she stood and knocked at the door to go home, she laid and barked at me to go home, she followed me to the loo and cried behind the door until I let her come in while I had a pee. When I finally gave in and took her home she walked so friggen fast you would think she had a fire up her butt! I know Mooshi doesn't make a great house guest and it takes all of 2 minutes before she is knocking at the door to leave but I can usually get her to settle, but oh no not last night. PITA!! Nope! Do you remember when I brought her to your house to do your home check before you got Zeus? It took her all of what...2 minutes...before she was knocking at the door to leave? But at least she settled at yours eventually, last night she would NOT settle for love nor money. She really didn't want to be there at all,

Happy birthday :)

Cal hates visiting my dads, he's even tried to climb over their backyard wall. He does settle tho bless him but he's a bugger for telling me we've stayed far too long

What I don't get is WHY? Why do these guys hate visiting so much. I can get Mooshi to settle (eventually) usually but not last night, no way. If she went and knocked on the door 10 times that is not an exaggeration! She barked at me, she growled at me, she cried. I have no idea what on earth her problem was last night.

Apollo does that, though we can usually get at least a short visit in before he gets TO bad. We're going to horrify him Sunday cause we're taking both dogs over to my BILs for the day while we spend the day at a Ren Faire. If it was just Apollo we'd just leave him home, but Arty can't hold it for that long, and Arty won't settle if Apollo's not around....

They're strange buggers, I've never known anything like it. You can take Bear anywhere for any length of time and he is a dream, Mooshi forget it. She's like a crying kid 'I WANNA GO HOME...NOWWWWW'! Good luck on Sunday, I want to know how Apollo gets on.

Happy Birthday, Mooshi!! Such a pretty girl. It is all your fault, you know? It was HER birthday so you shouldn't have taken her to do something she didn't want to do! I don't blame her, I don't like visiting either.

I know Kris, Im sorry. Im such a bad mummy taking her places and doing things with her. Trying to give her a full and interesting life. Bad mummy! Must try harder to ensure she goes nowhere and does nothing from here on in. What would I do without you to set me straight? :lolbangtable:

I just feel so bad for poor Mooshi. They way you treat her, dragging her about when she wants to be home! LOL It wasn't YOUR birthday, ya know! :)

I know, I know, me bad. At least I don't paint my dogs toe nails and dress them up in girls clothes like you do!
