Hello and thank you for welcoming me to the board. Our newly adopted Neo is missing his front leg. The rescue has him back for medical. Today's diagnosis Front Leg Dysplasia. Researching but am unable to find detailed procedure and prognosis. Any thoughts?
If I understand correctly you are saying that he has been diagnosed with elbow dysplasia in his remaining front leg. If I'm correct unfortunately you're not going to find much online about ED, I know because I spent a lot of time looking after Kryten was diagnosed with it back in May 2013. If you do a search for 'Kryten has elbow dysplasia' you should find a thread where I detailed what we went through from diagnosis to the end of his recovery from surgery. (I would post the link but I'm on my phone) I am also willing to answer any questions that you may have. Good luck with your boy.
