Hello Everyone,
Never thought I would but I have a mastiff. Joyful little man. My husband and I have a five month old Mastiff mix (mom was a bull, dad is a spanish). He's been with us for two months now. Ripley loves to snuggle and hang out with us.
I do have one question. Living in Southern Ontario it can be pretty cold, should we be putting a coat on him in the winter or will he be okay.
Looking forward to learning from all of your experience.

Hi and welcome, Spanish Mastiffs cope well with high and low temperature extremes and if he's inherited his dad's coat then summer is when you need to watch out, not winter. Incidentally, photos are always well recieved.

Welcome! I don't know how old he is, but if he's young, definitely put a coat on him and don't let him stay outside too long if it's too chilly.
