Now I know why Odi was eating so much

Remember last week I was complaining about Odi the bottomless pit. Well today all of the sudden I saw it. He was prepping for a sudden growth.
I swear he did this just since Monday. It was pretty hot so he is not very energetic.

He is not going up now he is getting thick "Finally"

I'll bet over 105 lbs now.

Yep I was really getting a little worried that he had a problem because he has always been so thin. But now I am really relieved.

my bullmastiff bella started off slow like 8 pounds a month for like the first 4 months and now it was like 12 pounds and 13 pounds a month and I can see she's getting bigger lately, she's always had good appetite but biggest thing I noticed she's taking longer harder naps.

Nice, he has solid parents! The thing about the boerboel breed that I'm seeing is the head (esp the face) can be quite different from dog to dog. From a really mastiff looking face to almost pit like, have you come across this?

Also you can see a very hound like face. I have not seen a Pit face, but I have seen ones that look like Bullmastiff and some like English Mastiff.

Yes! That's why I asked if Odi was mixed. I had never seen the hound like face before. I hope you didn't take offense, I'm new to the breed. Here's a pic of Dallas, I think she has a pit-like face.

I would be concerned if I was you. Dallas is a cute pup and I am sure you love her but you are right she does have a pit face. Did you get a notice of registration for her?
